A Critique on the Philippine Free and Prior Informed Consent Guidelines of 2006

There is already much to be said with the past guidelines with regard to the interpretation of the government through NCIP. The past regulations were already subjected to much criticism because of the lack of understanding and appreciation of the FPIC. Thus, it is important to analyze each one of the enumerated activities under Section 6(B) to determine whether or not these activities deserve to be treated differently.
